A lot of Celtic fans have flocked to Scott Brown’s Twitter after a post from the captain reacting to an Old Firm derby victory.

With football currently postponed due to recent events, the club decided to livestream a match for their fanbase to enjoy and clearly picked a great one, as fans flooded to watch the 2-0 victory against Steven Gerrard’s side from earlier this campaign which was played at Ibrox in September 2019, per BBC Sport.

It wasn’t just fans who rewatched the game, as club captain Scott Brown was posting updates on Twitter whilst the match was going on.

Goals from Odsonne Eduoard and Jonny Hayes gave the Hoops their derby victory and it was a very entertaining game, with Rangers player Jordan Jones receiving a red card in the 96th minute for a crunching tackle.

After the game, Brown said, “Great to watch the game back with you all and chat away during it. We all miss footy and hopefully be back soon. #Staysafe #stayathome”.

Fans clearly loved the captain’s interaction with fans, here is how they replied to his tweet:

We miss yous broony. HH
